He married Isabel St. John-Mildmay 1892. Isabel was the daughter of Reverend C. Arundell St. John-Mildmay. Assumed the additional prefix surnames of Shaw-Lefevre in 1900 in compliance with the terms of the will of his grandfather, Viscount Eversley. Has one son.

From The Times, Sir Gerald Anthony Shaw-Lefevre St. John-Mildmay, Bt., died on Friday at Dogmersfield Park at the age of 68. The second son of the fifth baronet by his marriage to the Hon. Helena Shaw-Lefevre, daughter of Viscount Eversley, he was born on October 30, 1860, and succeeded his brother as seventh baronet in 1916. He was educated at Eton and Magdalene College, Cambridge, and was formerly a lieutenant in the Hampshire Yeomanry. He married in 1892 Isabel, daughter of Rev. Arundell St. John-Mildmay, of Hazelgrove, Somerset and is succeeded by his son, Captain Anthony St. John-Mildmay, M.C., late Grenadier Guards.
