11. George Ernest⁵ Schuster (Ernest Joseph⁴, Franz Joseph³, Joseph², Samuel Judah¹) was born in Hampstead, London 25/04/1881. George died 5/06/1982 in Nether Worton House, Middle Barton, Banbury, Oxfordshire, at 101 years of age.

He married Gwendolen Parker 1908. Gwendolen was the daughter of Robert John Parker Baron Parker of Waddington. Gwendolen died 1981.

He was listed as a resident in the census report in 3 Bouverie Square, Folkestone, Kent, 1891. George was a boarder 1901 in 10 Bouverie Square, Folkestone, Kent. Schuster was appointed CBE in 1918, KCMG in 1926, and KCSI in 1931. Oxford University awarded him an honorary DCL in 1964.

George Ernest Schuster and Gwendolen Parker had the following children:

26 ii. Captain Richard Douglas Schuster was born c1912. Richard died 22/06/1941 in Syria, at 28 years of age.
