1. John Wycliffe¹ Taylor was born in Clapham, Surrey c1860.

He married Hermanna Frieda Weber in St. George's Hanover Square, 1892. Hermanna was born in Mayfair, London c1870. Hermanna was the daughter of Hermann David Weber and Matilda Gruning.

He was listed as head of household in the 1901 census in Heatherfield, Newtown, Isle of Wight.

John Wycliffe Taylor and Hermanna Frieda Weber had the following children:

2 i. Lucy L. F.² Taylor was born in Coleshill, Buckinghamshire c1894. She was listed as a resident in the census report in Heatherfield, Newtown, Isle of Wight, 1901.

3 ii. Rosamund M. W. Taylor was born in Knowl Hill, Berkshire c1897. She married Mr. Stutchbury. (See Mr. Stutchbury for the continuation of this line.)

She was listed as a resident in the census report in Heatherfield, Newtown, Isle of Wight, 1901.

4 iii. Thomas W. Taylor (living status unknown).
