25. George⁵ Vernon (Sir Thomas⁴, Henry³, George², Henry¹) was born c1674. George died 24/09/1736 at 62 years of age. His body was interred 1736.

He married twice. He married Sarah Buckley. Sarah was born c1689. Sarah was the daughter of Edward Buckley. Sarah died 19/07/1719 at 30 years of age. Her body was interred 1719. He married Dorothy Vernon Sudbury, Derbyshire, 2/02/1708. Dorothy was the daughter of George Vernon and Dorothy Shirley. Dorothy died 9/12/1709. Died of smallpox, nine days after giving birth.
