He married Jane Stiles. Jane was the daughter of Arthur Stiles. Jane died 18/01/1741. Jane's will was probated 25/02/1741.

He made a will 26/06/1723. Thomas's will was probated 27/08/1726. Of Twickenham, Middlesex. A sometime MP for Whitchurch, one of the commissioners for Trade and Plantations, and a Director of the South Sea Company.

Thomas Vernon and Jane Stiles had the following children:

child 34 i. Henry6 Vernon. Died in infancy.

child 35 ii. Jane Vernon. Jane died 1734. Her body was interred 6/06/1734. She made a will 8/01/1733. Jane's will was probated 25/02/1741. Died unmarried.

child 36 iii. Matilda Vernon. Matilda died 12/07/1766. She married Charles Repington in St. Mary, Marylebone Road, London, 12/01/1748. Charles was the son of Gilbert Repington and Jane Vernon. Charles died 08/12/1764 in Twickenham, Middlesex. His body was interred 14/12/1764 in Twickenham, Middlesex. (See Charles Repington for the continuation of this line.)

child 37 iv. Annabella Vernon was born circa 1706. Annabella died 28/02/1777 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire, at 70 years of age. Death date of 29/02/1777 must be incorrect since 1777 was not a leap year. Her body was interred 6/03/1777 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire. She married William à Court in Chapel of St Bride's London, 22/02/1747.

William was born 1708. William was the son of Peirce à Court and Elizabeth Ashe. William died 2/08/1781 at 72 years of age. His body was interred 8/08/1781 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire. He was baptized 30/10/1708. (See William à Court for the continuation of this line.)
