5. Thomas⁵ Ratcliffe (Richard⁴, Thomas³, Thomas², Thomas¹) was born September 1837. Thomas died 1928 in Northampton, at 90 years of age.

He married Elizabeth Louisa Hawes 1865. Elizabeth was born in Abingdon, Berkshire 1840. Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas Henry Hawes. Elizabeth died 19/09/1914 in Northampton, at 74 years of age. She was listed as a resident in the census report in The Rectory, Burgh Castle, Suffolk, 1861.

Thomas Ratcliffe and Elizabeth Louisa Hawes had the following child:
