1848 - his mother's will: I appoint my dear son ABRAM LINDOW RAWLINSON sole Executor of my will and the case of his decease in my lifetime I appoint my son in law BROOKE SMITH of the said city of Bristol, Gentleman, to be the Executor thereof.
I give and devise my freehold messuage and tenement of land called Hillside aforesaid with the Cottages thereon and all the apputenances and other my real estate unto my said son Abram Lindow RAWLINSON, his heirs and assigns.
I give and bequeath my plate and plated articles as follows (vi..) to my said son Abram Lindow RAWLINSON twelve dessert knives with silver blades, eighteen thread pattern silver, four ?? table spoon-forks, eight table spoons, eleven dessert spoons, twelve dessert forks, two gravy spoons (one being partititioned and the other not), one Soup tureen ladle (or two on condition of his giving at his option one which he now has to his brother GEORGE RAWLINSON), four Sauce ladles, twelve tea spoons, two large silver skewers, six dessert knives with silver blades, all the above articles being of the same pattern, a silver tea urn, one plated ?? toaster ?, one plated bread basket.
And to my said Son Abram Lindow RAWLINSON all my pictures in the said Dining room at my house at Hillside aforesaid, six Dresden ornamental figures and all my household furniture, linen, china, books and other effects which are not herein before specifically bequeathed or which I shall not by any Codicil hereto otherwise specifically bequeath or dispose of.

one year of age. His body was interred 1837 in St Mary the Virgin, Chipping Norton.
