Charles died 08/12/1764 in Twickenham, Middlesex. His body was interred 14/12/1764 in Twickenham, Middlesex.

He married Matilda Vernon in St. Mary, Marylebone Road, London, 12/01/1748. Matilda was the daughter of Thomas Vernon and Jane Stiles. Matilda died 12/07/1766.

Of Amington, Warwickshire. A Captain in the Marines.

Charles Repington and Matilda Vernon had the following children:

90 i. Barbara¹⁷ Repington was born c1753. Barbara died c1775 in Stony Stratford, Bucks, at 21 years of age. Her body was interred 15/03/1775 in Stony Stratford, Bucks. Died unmarried.

91 ii. Charles Edward Repington was born 26/10/1755. Charles died 27/06/1837 at 81 years of age. His body was interred 1837 in Tamworth Church. He married Catherine Jesse Cholmley 20/06/1805. Catherine was the daughter of Henry Fane Cholmley. Catherine died 3/07/1847. Her body was interred 1847 in Tamworth Church. As far as I can make out, leaving no male issue, Edward Charles left his estate to his cousin, Edward Henry Ashe à Court, who assumed the name of Repington in accordance with the will.
