1. John William Jocelyn1 McClintock was born in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa 5 December 1905. John died 1984 in Yeovil, Somerset, at 78 years of age.
He married Mary Gwladys Vaughan Ashe Holmes à Court 28 November 1936. Mary was born in Proctor, British Columbia 3 October 1913. Mary was the daughter of Captain Reginald Ashe Holmes à Court and Gwladys Mary Eyre Ralfe. Mary died 1986 at 72 years of age.
