3. Philip Antony² Kelly (Philip J.¹) was born in Uxbridge, Middlesex 4/09/1948. Philip died March 1998 in Suffolk, at 49 years of age.

He married Angela Celia Barnes in Ealing, Middlesex, 14/04/1967. Angela was born in Hillingdon, Middlesex 19/01/1946. Angela is the daughter of Eric Edward Durrant Barnes and Jean Lucretia Pearson.

Philip Antony Kelly and Angela Celia Barnes had the following children:

5 i. Elizabeth Sarah³ Kelly (still alive).

6 ii. Peter Edward James Kelly (still alive).
