Mr. Harley had the following children:

2 i. Robert² Harley 1st Earl of Oxford and Mortimer. He married Elizabeth Foley 1685. Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas Foley and Elizabeth Ashe. Elizabeth died 1691.

3 ii. Edward Harley. He married Sarah Foley. Sarah was the daughter of Thomas Foley and Elizabeth Ashe.
