3. Simon³ Harcourt (Simon², Sir Philip¹) was born 1684. Simon died 1/07/1720 in Paris, at 36 years of age. His body was interred 1/09/1720 in Stanton Harcourt, Oxfordshire.

He married Elizabeth Evelyn. Elizabeth was the daughter of John Evelyn. Elizabeth died 1760.

He was baptized in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, 9/10/1684. Religion: religion unknown.

Simon Harcourt and Elizabeth Evelyn had the following children:

4 i. Martha⁴ Harcourt⁽¹⁷⁾. She married George Vernon Baron of Kinderton. George was born 9/02/1709. George was the son of Henry Vernon and Anne Pigott. George died 21/08/1780 Sudbury, Derbyshire, at 71 years of age. He was christened Sudbury, Derbyshire, 20/02/1709. George was created Baron 1/05/1762.
