He married Hortense Hyatheme Tubb. Hortense was born in Allouville-Bellefosse, France 1852. Hortense was the daughter of James Tubb.

Theodore Jenner and Hortense Hyatheme Tubb had the following child:

3 i. Mary Eveline Eoveshire³ Jenner was born in Eastbourne, Sussex 1884. She married Stanley Harry Stuart Marchant. Stanley was born 1889. Stanley was the son of Thomas Marchant and Lucy Barnard. (See Stanley Harry Stuart Marchant for the continuation of this line.)
