8. Thomas² Holland (Robert¹) was born 1315. Thomas died 1360 in Normandy, France, at 45 years of age.

He married Joan Plantagenet 1340. Joan was born 1328. Joan was the daughter of Edmund Plantagenet and Margaret Wake. Joan died August 1385 at 57 years of age.

Earl of Kent. Died in Normandy France.

Thomas Holland and Joan Plantagenet had the following children:

9 i. John³ Holland.

10 ii. Maud Holland. Maud died 1329. She married Hugh Courtenay. Also married to Waleran, count of St. Pol.

11 iii. Joan Holland.

+ 12 iv. Thomas Holland was born 1350.
