1. Thomas¹ Grimstead was born 1728. Thomas died c 7 September 1780 at 52 years of age.

He married Eleanor Creswicke c1756. Eleanor was born in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire c 1727. Eleanor was the daughter of Joseph Creswicke and Elizabeth Laujol. Eleanor died c1799 at 72 years of age. Eleanor applied for a marriage license to wed Thomas Grimstead 22 April 1751.

Thomas Grimstead and Eleanor Creswicke had the following child:
