Richard Fitzwilliam 5th Viscount Fitzwilliam and Frances Shelley had the following child:

2 i. Mary² Fitzwilliam was born 1707. Mary died 1769 at 62 years of age. She married Henry Herbert 9th Earl of Pembroke August 1733. Henry was born c1689. Henry was the son of Thomas Herbert 8th Earl of Pembroke and Margaret Sawyer. Henry died 9/01/1750 in Pembroke House, Privy Gardens, Whitehall, at 60 years of age.
