27. Richard¹⁶ Worsley 1st Baronet Worsley (Thomas¹⁵, John¹⁴, Sir James¹³, Hugh¹² Workesley, Ralph¹¹ de Workesley, Sir Geoffrey¹⁰, Jordan⁹, Richard⁸, Henry⁷, Richard⁶, Geoffrey⁵, Richard⁴, Roger³, Richard², Sir Elias¹) was born December 1588. Richard died 27/06/1621 at 32 years of age.

He married Frances Nevill 1611. Frances was born c1594. Frances was the daughter of Henry Nevell and Anne Killegrew. Frances died 1659 at 65 years of age.

Richard was created Baronet 29/06/1611.

Richard Worsley 1st Baronet Worsley and Frances Nevill had the following children:

29 i. Anne¹⁷ Worsley. She married Sir John Leigh. i0 of Bury. Died without issue.

30 ii. Elizabeth Worsley. Elizabeth died 1652. Her body was interred 28/12/1652 in Kingston, Isle of Wight. She married Sir John Meux. John died February 1657. i0 Of Kingston, Isle of Wight.

31 iii. Dorothy Worsley. Died unmarried.

+ 32 iv. Henry Worsley 2nd Baronet was born 1612.

33 v. Richard Worsley was born 1614. Died unmarried.

34 vi. John Worsley was born 1617. Died unmarried.

+ 35 vii. Thomas Worsley was born c1620.
