16. William Henry⁷ Bouverie (William⁶ de Bouverie, Jacob⁵, William⁴ des Bouverie, Sir Edward³ des Bouveries, Edward², Laurens¹) was born in Westminster, London 30/10/1752. William died 23/03/1806 at 53 years of age.

He married Lady Bridget Douglas 16/08/1777. Bridget was born c1758. Bridget was the daughter of James Douglas 14th Earl of Morton and Bridget Heathcote. Bridget died 26/02/1842 in Marylebone, London, at 83 years of age. She was listed as a resident in the census report in Wimpole Street, Marylebone, London, 1841.

He was christened in Westminster, London, 17/11/1752. University College, Oxford, matriculated 19 March 1771; BA 1773; MA 1776. MP for Salisbury 1776 - 1802.

William Henry Bouverie and Lady Bridget Douglas had the following children:

32 i. Elizabeth⁸ Bouverie. Elizabeth died 7/07/1859. She married George Hay Dawkins-Pennant 4/05/1814. George died 17/12/1840. Died without issue. Was second wife to George Dawkins-Pennant.

33 ii. William John Bouverie.

34 iii. Charles Henry Bouverie was born 1782. Charles died 27/05/1836 at 54 years of age.

Maria Rebecca Bouverie, 1795.

35 iv. Maria Rebecca Bouverie was born 5/10/1783. Maria died 6/10/1844 in Pheonix Park, Dublin, at 61 years of age. Her body was interred 1844 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire. She married William à Court 1st Baron Heytesbury in St. George's Hanover Square, 30/10/1808. William was born in The Close, Salisbury 11/07/1779. William⁽⁴⁷⁾ was the son of William Peirce Ashe à Court 1st Baronet and Laetitia Wyndham. William died 31/05/1860 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire, at 80 years of age. His body was interred 1860 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire. He was christened in Salisbury, Wiltshire, 22/09/1779. William Acceded 27/07/1817. William was created Baron 23/01/1828. He was listed as head of household in the 1841 census in 53 Queen Ann Street, Marylebone, London. He was listed as head of household in the 1851 census in Heytesbury House, Heytesbury, Wiltshire. She was listed as a resident in the census report in 53 Queen Ann Street, Marylebone, London, 1841. Inscription found in Heytesbury Church:

In the family vault near this place lie the remains of Maria Rebecca Lady Heytesbury and daughter of the The Honourable William Henry Bouverie and the Lady Bridget his wife daughter of James 14th Earl of Morton. She was born October 5 1785 and died at the Vice-Regal lodge near Dublin October 6 1844. Deeply regretted by her family and endeared to the recollections of the inhabitants of this parish by the gentleness of her demeanor and extensive benevolence. Also those of William Lord Heytesbury one of her majesty's most honourable privy council Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath and a Baronet. He was born at Salisbury July 11 1779 and after many years spent in the diplomatic service of the country and after filling the high office of Viceroy of Ireland departed this life May 31st 1860.
