Cecilia was the daughter of William à Court 1st Baron Heytesbury and Maria Rebecca Bouverie. Cecilia died 25/12/1889 in Northwicke House, Folkestone, at 78 years of age. Her body was interred 1889 in Folkestone, Kent. She was christened in Baker Street, Portman Square. She was listed as a resident in the census report in 53 Queen Ann Street, Marylebone, London, 1841. A recent victim to the influenza is the Hon. Robert Daly, who died yesterday at his residence in Eaton-place. He was the third surviving son of James, first Lord Dunsandle, and was born in 1818. He married, in 1845, Cecelia Maria à Court, daughter of William, first Lord Heytesbury, which lady died in 1889. In 1841 Mr. Daly was appointed a lieutenant in the 20th Foot, but retired from the Army in 1848. He was formerly steward of the household to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland.

We regret to state that Mr. Charles Daly, of the Grenadier Guards, died suddenly on Thursday, after an illness of only two days, brought on by a chill. Mr. Daly served with his regiment in Egypt. He was the third son of the Hon. Robert Daly.

Also found death was from Scarlet Fever.
