Thomas was knighted 8/03/1684. He made a will 23/04/1706. Thomas's will was probated 12/02/1711. Of St. Stephen, Coleman Street, London. Sometime MP for the city of London. Knighted by King James II for his steadfast loyalty.

16 v. Judith Vernon. She married twice. She married Stephen Waller. Of Doctor's Common's, London and of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. She married John Aislabie. Of Studley Park, Yorkshire, Chancellor of his Majesty's Exchequor.

17 vi. Arabella Vernon. She married Sir James Rushout. i0 Of Northwicke in the parish of Brockly, Worcestershire. Baronet.

18 vii. Jane Vernon. Jane died April 1714. She married Gilbert Repington Sudbury, Derbyshire, 12/10/1703. Gilbert was the son of Sebright Repington and Mary Talbot. (See Gilbert Repington for the continuation of this line.)

19 viii. Charles Vernon. Died in infancy.

20 ix. John Vernon. Died in infancy.

21 x. Henry Vernon was born c1660. Henry died 7/11/1691 Aleppo, Syria, at 31 years of age. His body was interred 1691 Aleppo, Syria. Died unmarried. Monument inscription in St. Stephen's, Coleman Street.

22 xi. Catherine Vernon was born 1663. Catherine died 21/10/1710 at 46 years of age. Her body was interred 1710 in Sudbury. She married George Vernon. George was born 1635. 23 xii. Matilda Vernon was born c1666. She married twice. She married Sir Henry Furness. Of London. Knight and Baronet. She married Anthony Balaam in St Giles-in-the-Fields, London, 8/09/1684. Anthony was born c1644. (See Anthony Balaam for the continuation of this line.)

25 xiv. Elizabeth Vernon was born c1678. She married twice. She married Sir John Walter Sudbury, Derbyshire, 24/06/1701. John died 1722. of Sarsden, Oxfordshire. Third Baronet. She married Simon Harcourt 1st Viscount Harcourt 30/09/1724. Simon was born c1661. Simon was the son of Sir Philip Harcourt and Anne Waller. Simon died 29/07/1727 in Harcourt House, Cavendish Square, London, at 66 years of age. Married secondly to Viscount Simon Harcourt, sometime Lord High Chancellor of England.
