Rupert Edward¹¹ Holmes à Court (Edward Alexander¹⁰, William Henry Ashe⁹ à Court, William⁸, William Peirce⁷ Ashe à Court, William⁶ à Court, Peirce⁵, John⁴, John³, William², William¹) was born in Headington, Oxfordshire 6 February 1882. Rupert died 1958 in The Lodge, Cressage, Shropshire, at 76 years of age.

He married Linda Katharine Cecil Smith in St. Peters Church, Cranley Gardens, 1/12/1917. Linda was born in Titsey, Surrey c1894. Linda was the daughter of Reverend Cecil E. Smith. Linda died 18 August 1935 in Shrewsbury, Salop, England, at 41 years of age. She was listed as a resident in the census report in Tatsfield Rectory, Tatsfield, Surrey, 1901.
