5. Elias³ Tremlett (Elias², Daniel¹) was born 1786. Elias died 20/04/1837 at 50 years of age.

He married Elizabeth Dyer.

Elias Tremlett and Elizabeth Dyer had the following children:

11 i. Elias⁴ Tremlett. Of Heavitree, Devon. Party to a conveyance of a messuage called Priorton Barton, in Sandford, 30 April, 1847.

12 ii. James Dyer Tremlett was born 1836. James died 11/07/1918 at 82 years of age. He married Louisa Gibson. Judge of the Ch Court of the Punjab, Commr of Delhi 1893-94, author of The Punjab Civil Code. Educated Blundells, and Sidney Sussex College Cambridge (MA).
