23. William6 à Court (Peirce5, John4, John3, William2, William1) was born 1708. William died 2/08/1781 at 72 years of age. His body was interred 8/08/1781 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire.
He married Annabella Vernon in Chapel of St Bride's London, 22/02/1747. Annabella was born circa 1706. Annabella was the daughter of Thomas Vernon and Jane Stiles. Annabella died 28/02/1777 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire, at 70 years of age. Death date of 29/02/1777 must be incorrect since 1777 was not a leap year.
Her body was interred 6/03/1777 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire.
He was baptized 30/10/1708. Assumed the name Ashe pursuant to the will of his Uncle Edward Ashe of Heytesbury Esq. General of his majesty's forces and Colonel of the 11th Regiment of Infantry. MP for Heytesbury.
According to his will he left half his estate to Charles Edward Repington. Charles Edward would in turn leave his estate to William's grandson Edward.
