in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. He married Laetitia Wyndham in Salisbury Cathedral, Wiltshire,
30/10/1777. Laetitia was born 1746. Laetitia was the daughter of Henry Wyndham and Arundell Penruddock. Laetitia
died 2/08/1821 in Bath, Somerset, at 75 years of age. Her body was interred 1821 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire. She
was christened in Salisbury, Wiltshire, 3/10/1746. Inscription found in Heytesbury Church: In the family vault near this
place lie the remains of Sir William Pierce Ashe à Court Baronet who departed this life the 27th day of July 1817 aged 69 years. Also of
Laetitia, his wife daughter of Henry Wyndham Esq. of Salisbury who died August 2nd 1821 aged 75 years.
William was created Baronet 4/07/1795. MP for Heytesbury 1781 - 1806. Colonel in Army. Inscription found in Heytesbury
Church: In the family vault near this place lie the remains of Sir William Pierce Ashe à Court Baronet who departed this life
the 27th day of July 1817 aged 69 years. Also of Laetitia, his wife daughter of Henry Wyndham Esq. of Salisbury who died August 2nd 1821
