9. Henry3 Brooke (Reverend William2, William1) was born in Rantavan, Co. Cavan, Ireland 1703. Henry died 10/10/1783 in Dublin, Ireland, at 80 years of age. His body was interred 22/10/1783 in Mullagh, Co. Cavan, Ireland.
He married Catherine Meares. Catherine was born c1712. Catherine died 1773 at 61 years of age.
Educated at Trinity College, Dublin. Author of 'The Fool of Quality'. Married his 1st cousin after becoming her guardian after his aunt died. Had 21 other children who predeceased him.
Henry Brooke and Catherine Meares had the following children:

Charlotte Brooke was born in Rantavan, Co. Cavan, Ireland c1740. Charlotte died 29/03/1793 at 52 years of
age. Died unmarried.
