25. George⁸ Cannon (Stephen⁷, Stephen⁶, John⁵, Robert⁴, John³, John², John¹) was born in Shorne, Kent 10 March 1807. George died 25 March 1868 in Sutton-at-Hone, Kent, at 61 years of age.

He married Mary Ann Richards. Mary was born in Marylebone 1804. Mary died 18 February 1888 in Upper Norwood, at 83 years of age. She was listed as a resident in the census report in Horton Kirby, Kent, 1841. She was listed as a resident in the census report in Selly's Cottage, Ship Lane, Sutton-at-Hone, Kent, 1861. Mary was visiting 1871 in Felhampton, Winstanstow, Shropshire. Mary was visiting 1881 in Felhampton Villa, Winstanstow, Shropshire.

He was listed as head of household in the 1841 census in Horton Kirby, Kent. He was listed as a resident in the census report in Selly's Cottage, Ship Lane, Sutton-at-Hone, Kent, 1861. Miller ('41).
