The Rev. Frederic Bagot, D.C.L., who died at Harpsden Rectory, Henley-on-Thames, on the 1st inst., at the age of 69, was the youngest son of the late Right Rev. the Hon. Richard Bagot, Bishop of Oxford, and subsequently of Bath and Wells. He was ordained priest in 1845, was Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford, from 1845 to 1859, and rector of Rodney-Stoke, Somerset, from 1846 to 1859, when he was appointed rector of Harpsden.

Reverend Frederic Bagot and Charlotte Anne Philipina Pearse had the following children:

child 61 ii. Harold Frederic Bagot was born 1867. Harold died 16/10/1894 in Kilsrough, Swansea, at 27 years of age.

child 62 iii. Mary Harriet Agnes Bagot was born 1868. Mary died 19/08/1914 in 22 Brechin Place, London, at 46 years of age. Her body was interred 28/08/1914 in Harpsden, Oxfordshire. Her funeral was held in St. Peter's, Cranley Gardens, 28/08/1914.
