46. Lt. Colonel Josceline Fitzroy⁶ Bagot (Colonel Charles⁵, Charles⁴, William³, Sir Walter Wagstaffe², Sir Edward¹) was born in Ashtead, Surrey 22/10/1854. Josceline died 1913 at 58 years of age. His body was interred 6/03/1913 in Heversham Churchyard.

He married Theodosia Leslie.

He was listed as a resident in the census report in Elford House, Elford, Staffordshire, 1861. He was listed as a resident in the census report in Church Dale House, Wolseley Road, Rugeley, Staffordshire, 1871. His funeral was held in Levens, Westmorland, 6/03/1913. of Levens Hall, Kendal. Nominated a Baronet on 01/01/1913, but did not survive to be created.

Lt. Colonel Josceline Fitzroy Bagot and Theodosia Leslie had the following children:

71 i. Mary⁷ Bagot.

72 ii. Dorothy Bagot was born 1886.

73 iii. Marjorie Constance Bagot was born 24/03/1888. Marjorie died 5/03/1951 at 62 years of age. She married James Winstanley Cropper 7/09/1910. James was born 4/08/1879. James died 10/11/1956 at 77 years of age. (See James Winstanley Cropper for the continuation of this line.)

74 iv. Alan Desmond Bagot was born 1896.
