122. Harrington¹¹ Balfour (Charles¹⁰, James⁹, John⁸, James⁷, James⁶, James⁵, Andrew⁴, James³, David², Alexander¹) was born in London c1832. Harrington died 1910 at 78 years of age.

He married Isabella Anne Kinloch in St. George's Hanover Square, 3/07/1863. Isabella was the daughter of Sir David Kinloch.

Harrington was a student 1841 in Eton, Buckinghamshire. He was listed as a resident in the census report in 66 Eccleston Square, London, 1851. Harrington was visiting 1881 in 32 Hans Place, Chelsea. Birthdate also found as 1827. Lt. Colonel, Royal Artillery in 1881 census.

Harrington Balfour and Isabella Anne Kinloch had the following children:
