186. James Henry¹² Balfour (James¹¹, Henry¹⁰, James⁹, Major Henry⁸, James⁷, James⁶, James⁵, Andrew⁴, James³, David², Alexander¹) was born in Sydney, New South Wales 1882. James died 1931 at 49 years of age.

He married Jessie King Candline 1922.

He was listed as a resident in the census report in 12 Portland Terrace, Marylebone, London, 1901. James was gassed in WW1 and died later from the effects.

James Henry Balfour and Jessie King Candline had the following child:

227 i. Alfred Clive¹³ Balfour (still alive).
