149. Robert John¹² Balfour (Robert¹¹, James¹⁰, John⁹, Professor James⁸, James⁷, James⁶, James⁵, Andrew⁴, James³, David², Alexander¹) was born in Edinburgh 1856. Robert died 1891 at 35 years of age.

He married Frances Alice Learoyd in St. Barnabas Church, Kensington, 4/06/1889. Frances was the daughter of Joe Learoyd.

He was listed as a resident in the census report in 22 Rutland Street, Edinburgh, 1881.

Robert John Balfour and Frances Alice Learoyd had the following child:
