He married Mary Terrill 24/11/1718. Mary was the daughter of William Terrill and Rebecca Spiar. Mary died 1742.

John Alleyne and Mary Terrill had the following child:

4 i. Rebecca⁴ Alleyne was born in Barbados 11/10/1725. Rebecca died 4/05/1764 in Clifton, Bristol, at 38 years of age. She married William de Bouverie 1st Earl of Radnor in Ipsden, Oxfordshire, 5/09/1751. William was born in Red Lion Street, London 26/02/1725. William was the son of Jacob de Bouverie 1st Viscount Folkestone and Mary Clarke. William died 28/01/1776 at 50 years of age. William was created Earl 31/10/1765.
